Komodo Island-Tours in Indonesia

Komodo Island. The island is located in East Nusa Tenggara Province, Indonesia. Komodo Island is identical with Komodo dragon (Waranus komodoenis), belonging to extinct animals. In fact, animal Komodo dragon found only on Komodo Island, not in any part of the world. Therefore, many tourists from within and outside the country who come to the island. But the attraction is not only on Komodo dragon unique, beautiful beaches and the sea is also the pride of the island. We can dive and see the beauty of the underwater world.

Transportation to Komodo Island

Travel to the island of Komodo can be done by using planes or ships. If we want to travel by plane can be done via Denpasar, Bali or Kupang, NTT. When you via Kupang then continue your journey back to Labuhan Bajo (west Flores). After arriving in Labuhan Bajo, you must use a boat to cross the Sape strait to Komodo Island. Do not worry, many ferry to the island of Komodo. In addition, you also can choose the route flight from Kupang to Ende or Maumere but you must continue the journey via a land but very distant. Travel from Ende to Labuhan Bajo via land about 12 hours while the trip from Maumere to Ende about 17 hours. Travel from Kupang to Ende or Maumere of us do not recommend unless you want to enjoy the beauty of the island of Flores. Apart from Kupang, access to Komodo Island can be reached from Denpasar, Bali. But the airline remains to Labuhan Bajo, and you must use a boat to Komodo Island.
